GFT's Café Cosmo is open throughout the day. Open to everyone - relax in our stylish café-bar and enjoy a nice glass of wine, or perhaps a coffee and cake. Plus, all of our screens are licensed so you can enjoy a drink while watching a film. 

Opening hours:

Café Cosmo is open daily.
Sunday to Friday 12 noon to 9pm
Saturday 11am to 9pm

Snacks served until 5.00pm. Soup served until 7.00pm while stocks last. A range of teas and coffees are available throughout the day.

Cafe Cosmo is a gorgeous little café bar serving the patrons of the Glasgow Film Theatre, though its bustling atmosphere, delicious food and cosy interior make it just as popular with non-film goers too. The cafe is named after the GFT’s predecessor, the Cosmo Cinema, and benefits from the unique building’s art deco roots. The café itself serves a wide selection of hot and alcoholic beverages, as well as sandwiches, ice cream and, most importantly, cheesecake that are available to take in with you to your screening...
