Following the retirement of Glasgow Film’s Financial Controller after 27 years, the Board wishes to appoint an exceptional colleague to the post of Head of Finance.
The Head of Finance role requires a high level of financial expertise and it is expected that the post-holder will make a major contribution to the strategic management of Glasgow Film, including in relation to the Glasgow Film Festival and the cinema’s £2m capital redevelopment project.
Glasgow Film is currently undertaking a staff review and it is expected that the remit may develop over time, and a review of this job description will take place after the first six months.

Glasgow Film are looking for an outgoing Youth Assistant to help the Learning department to plan, administer, and market the 2015 Glasgow Youth Film Festival. The successful candidate will be responsible for organising and processing bookings for the Festival's schools week, helping to promote the Festival, and general admin tasks. Full supervision by Programme Coordinator: Children and Young People and monthly appraisal meetings.
