OUR RELATIONSHIP WITH SCHOOLS
Glasgow Film Learning's involvement in schools, families and youth programmes enabled us to reach over 20,000 admissions in 2012-13.
Children and young people have a vital role to play in Glasgow Film’s vision for a cinema which supports learning. Glasgow Film Learning runs a full schools programme throughout the year which intensifies during the Glasgow Youth Film Festival.
Use the links on the left hand side to see what events and screenings are currently scheduled for nursery, primary and secondary pupils and to book schools events online.
For advance information on our schools programme and competitions, sign up to the Glasgow Film schools e-newsletter.
In addition to screenings and events detailed in our brochure and online, we can assist with film-related projects taking place within schools and local authorities. If you require further information about activities for schools or if you are seeking advice and further information about how to use moving image media in education, the Glasgow Film Learning team is happy to help.
