Tokyo has enacted the Youth Protection Ordinance. While minors are forbidden from being out at night and the internet is strictly policed, young people continue to fight for their freedom through underground methods. Standing against Tokyo’s shadowy ruler, rebel organisation Sirrut scour the internet for information to help their cause, and discover something gruesome: records of a mysterious organisation conducting experiments on human beings, and alluding to people being… eaten! 2011’s hugely popular Blood franchise continues on the big screen – recommended for fans of vampire films.
