Jon Asp and Mattias Nohrborg’s fascinating and comprehensive documentary considers Widerberg's rise from working-class Malmö to international fame, while exploring his often turbulent personal relationships. Featuring extensive archive interviews with the director himself, there are also contributions from family and those who worked with him, including Swedish acting great Tommy Berggren.
