FFF: Words of Love

<div style="font-size: 12pt; direction: ltr; font-family: Aptos, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">For 14 years, Erika has been the anchor of a household that rarely stands still, doing her best to raise teenage Abigail, her whirlwind little brother, Yoni, and a dog with an extreme devotion to cheese.&nbsp;</div><div style="font-size: 12pt; direction: ltr; font-family: Aptos, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;"><br></div><div style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: Aptos, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">When Abi’s desire to meet her absent father grows into a full-blown obsession and word spreads he’s been seen nearby, Erika fears the fragile balance will collapse for good. Instead, the unpredictable journey that follows brings mother and daughter to see each other anew, steering their lively, lovable family toward a happy new chapter.</div><div style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: Aptos, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;"><br></div><div style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: Aptos, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">The film constantly explores the idea that emotions rarely arrive directly. In this family, affection moves through detours. A voicemail message, a dog, loud music or even insults become ways of saying “I love you” without speaking the words. This emotional restraint gives the film much of its power.</div><div style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: Aptos, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;"><br></div><div><span style="font-family: Aptos, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><b>"Moving and compassionate portrait of family life, emotional inheritance and silent love." -<i> Impact European</i></b></span></div><div><span style="font-family: Aptos, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><br></span></div><div><span style="font-family: Aptos, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Screening as part of French Film Festival 2026.&nbsp;<a href="https://www.glasgowfilm.org/homefrench-film-festival">Click here to browse the full programme.</a>&nbsp;</span><br></div><div><span style="font-family: Aptos, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><br></span></div><div><span style="font-family: Aptos, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">French with English subtitles.&nbsp;</span></div>ComedyPT1H35MCTBC2026-11-01FRfr
