In a languid summer, 17-year-old Cata (<b>Zoe Stein</b>) is visiting her grandparents in Mallorca with her younger sister Eva (<b>Martina García</b>), when tragedy strikes unexpectedly and their grandmother dies. As their mother (<b>Núria Prims</b>) arrives, the family try to process their loss. The shock and grief lead Cata to begin to try on her grandmother’s life for size – from dressing in her clothes to channeling her emotions. <b>Lucía Aleñar Iglesias’</b> low-key but atmospheric drama – expanded from her own short film – delicately charts coming-of-age themes and explores the nature of memory and heritage, while retaining an air of beguiling mystery.
