It's Not Me (C'est Pas Moi)

For an exhibition that ultimately did not take place, the Pompidou Museum asked the filmmaker to answer in images the question: Where are you, Leos Carax? He attempts an answer, full of questions. Both a deeply personal journey through cinema and a caustic examination of the power and politics of image-making, It's Not Me (C'est Pas Moi) is an exhilaratingly free-form act of self-portraiture that draws inspiration from Rimbaud, Godard and Tintin alike. All tickets £6.50. This film is in English and French with English subtitles. Screening as part of our Crimbo Limbo programme in the week between Christmas and New Year. ----- Give a gift to GFT this Christmas This holiday season, we’re celebrating not only Christmas but also 85 years since our cinema's original opening, 50 years of GFT, and the 20th Glasgow Film Festival. Whilst our box office and bar sales only cover around 50% of our annual costs and help keep the film reels rolling, we rely on donations and fundraising to run our education and community activities. We need your help! Celebrate 50 years of GFT by donating £50. A £50 donation also secures your seat at our special January screening.
