The Room - 20th Anniversary + Greg Sestero Q&A

Cult smash-hit, The Room, is back for a special 20th anniversary screening with Mark himself, Greg Sestero – star of The Room and the New York Times best-selling author of the Oscar-nominated The Disaster Artist. The evening will include a special screening of The Room featuring a live script reading and Q&A with Greg. You’ll find yourself saying 'What a story Mark!' time and time again, as he’s not keeping any of his stupid comments in his pocket on this night. Plus a meet-and-greet with Greg after the show…and maybe even a bonus surprise or two? Always a riotous, spoon-throwing event, our screenings of The Room are a cinema experience like no other. Please note: customer props are not permitted. Spoons and Audience Guides will be provided. Ticket Prices: Full Price - £15 Concession - £13 15-25 Card - £11 --------------- Year of Celebration: 2024 marks 85 years since our cinema (originally the Cosmo) was built, 50 years since GFT was founded and the 20th edition of Glasgow Film Festival. We are celebrating with a programme of special screenings taking place throughout May, showcasing films that have been hugely popular with audiences and have played a unique role in the history of GFT over the past five decades. Browse the Anniversary Programme at https://www.glasgowfilm.org/anniversary-programme Whilst our box office and bar sales only cover around 50% of our annual costs and help keep the film reels rolling, we rely on donations and fundraising to run our education and community activities. We need your help! Celebrate 50 years of GFT by donating £50 at checkout. A £50 donation secures your seat at our special January screening, find out more or donate via glasgowfilm.org/donate. Shape the next 50 years of independent film. Your contribution matters.DramaPT1H39MN/C 18+2024-05-30
